Confused And Stressing

I'm new on here, but thought someone might could ease my mind until I go to the doctor on Monday. Here's my story. I'm pregnant with my 6th child. I started lightly spotting brown when I'd wipe and cramping mildly on occassion soon after finding out. I called, but the nurse said it didn't seem too concerning. Well, I called to make my 8 week appt, but b/c we were leaving for vacation before that, and b/c I had been spotting and cramping some, they asked me to come in that same day. According to my LMP, I was about 6 1/2 weeks. They did an ultrasound, but found a sac only. They said it looked like it was going to be a blighted ovum. I was already beginning the morning sickness and fatigue, but she said that was normal b/c my body still thought it was pregnant until it decided to release it. She had me do bloodwork that day to measure my HcG level and come back in 48 hrs for more. My 1st result was 44,090, but my 2nd was only 51,200. Now, I believe those levels are very high for being so early in my pregnancy (and later they believed I was only 5 1/2 wks instead of 6 1/2 wks), but because they didn't increase by atleast 66% in 48 hrs, she told me to wait it out and expect to naturally lose it once my symptoms started going away and my hormones started going back down. She said it was a sign of an unhealthy pregnancy b/c of the very slow increase. Along with the slow increase, they only saw a sac. And thirdly, the sac was mis-shaped some she said. It was not round, kind of deformed, which was another sign of something wrong. Well, we went on vacation thinking I was carring a dead fetus. We went for a 2nd U/S when we got back about 2 wks later, so I should have been 8w4d. I just wanted confirmation that there was no hope b/c I was tired of being sick for no reason. But low and behold, she found a baby with a heartrate of 156. She said the sac still didn't look quite normal, but she didn't feel the need to be concerned. She couldn't explain my high HcG levels that barely increased in 48 hrs either, but said not to worry b/c all looked well now. She didn't feel the need for any more bloodwork or even another U/S until my 12 wk appt. It's been torture waiting. I only have a few more days now, but I'm stressing. I think I will only be about 11 1/2 wks when I go, but close enough. I'm just concerned b/c this baby had so much stacked against it with all of the signs of an unhealthy pregnancy. Now my fear is that the baby pulled through, but may have something severely wrong with it. I have so many questions. My HcG level was so high, could it have been twins and the slight cramping and spotting I had been me losing one. I did have bright red bleeding (only when wiping) one time, but only after intercourse, that's mostly when I bled anyways. What does it mean if your HcG only increases by 16% in 48 hrs instead of 66% to doubling? What does an odd shaped gestational sac mean? Could it mean birth defects? Oh, and I forgot to mention that at my 2nd U/S, I thought I was 8w4d, but the baby only measured at 7w4d. I would have had to ovulated really late to be that far off. Could that mean the baby wasn't growing properly? If I was only 5 1/2 wks during the 1st U/S, that could explain why they could only see a sac, but I would love to have someone explain to me about the deformed sac and the HcG levels. You would think I should be a pro at this by now, but this one is SO different than my others. Also, my last 4 pregnancies have all been the same when it came to morning sickness. I had consistent nausea (no vomiting) all day long from about 5 - 6 wks until 12 - 13 wks and then it abruptly stopped. This time, it has really been tapering off gradually and early. I guess I'm about 11 weeks now, but it's been very mild, if any at all, for about 2 weeks now. Just not common for me and really making me wonder. I haven't been able to let my guard down so far and enjoy any of this pregnancy yet b/c I'm too scared to let myself get attached and then get bad news. I just want Monday to hurry up and get here. If anyone has any experience or information that might help me, please respond. Thanks so much!!

I also meant to add that for the past week or two, I've been having stomach pain and burning that gets severe enought at nights to make me cry. It hurts no matter which way I sleep and I toss and turn all night. The nurse seems to think its acid and told me to take Mylanta or Maalox. I'm just not too sure about that. I forgot that the doctor also mentioned at my 2nd U/S that I had a tiny placental tear with a tiny bit of bleeding, but it was so small she felt no concern. There's just so many things causing me concern.
