Could I Be At Risk Of Pregnancy

OK. This is probably going to sound like such a dumb question, and I have read all the websites about when ovulation occurs etc etc. My fiance and I were being safe using a condom - which split without us realising. That was yesterday - as far as I can figure out, I have a 28 day cycle, meaning that I ovulate today. I just wondered if this is as I understand it, which makes it higly likely that providing nature works as it shoud I will become pregnant. I've never been pregnant before, so I need comments. Don't get me wrong, if I am, then we are keeping it..... We were planning on having a baby soon after we got married in October anyway. My partner initially considered the morning after pill, but after knowing the risks related to that I was not happy to take it (neither was he) - I wasn't happy to take it in the first place. Does anyone know of a pregnancy test that can detect this early?

There is a chance of pregnancy as you ovulated the day after, so you were at your most fertile time of the month. There is no test that you can take at this stage as if you have conceived, the egg won't implant in your uterus for about a week to 10days, and only then would you start producing the pregnancy hormones detected by home tests. It's probably worth waiting to test until the day your next period is due. Hope that helps, Kate.

Thanks Kate. Exactly what I thought. Just a waiting game now!
