i'm a week late (period), and I am having cramps mostly continous sometimes none. They feel like my period but theres no blood. I don't think this early in the trimester if I am pregnant it can really be caused by the uterus stretching, its too small right now. maybe implantation, but then again that should have already occured any got any info they can share. Are my cramps normal or not?

I am 5.5 weeks pregnant and I noticed from about 2-3 days before i even expected my period that i had small period-like cramps every now and then. It's normal.

The cramps are from your swollen uterus. Same for frequent urination.
