What should be my diest I have been pregnant for 7 weeks ?

Well, you say you are having twins? A pregnant woman needs to be eating an extra 300-500 calories a day, which comes out to be an extra 75,000 calories throughout the entire pregnancy. Also, you need to be taking a good prenatal vitamin, especially with twins! I love the prenatal vitamin "Prenatal Forte". So, if your carrying twins, you need to be eating about 800 extra calories a day. Make sure all you eat is very nutritious. Like eat lots of veggies, green leafy salads, and fruit. Eat whole grains, like whole wheat bread, whole wheat pastas, and eat fiber foods like bran. Drink lots of water, eat a good amount of protein, like fish, chicken and a smaller amount of red meat. Go very lite on sweets and refined foods like anything white, bread, rice, pasta etc.. You need to drink at least two 8 ounce gla__ses of milk a day as well. I would also ask your doctor about your diet as well! Happy eating!
