Does The Size Of Your Belly Tells The Baby Sex

Hi everyone, I have heard that when a pregnant woman has a tiny belly means that she's having a baby girl and when the belly is big/well developed she's having a baby boy, does anyone know about this? how many of you out there had a tiny belly and gave birth to baby girl or viseversa?

Absolutely no truth to that one. I had a pretty big belly with both of my pregnancies, and I have a girl and a boy. I think the size of your belly has to do with genetics, your pre pregnancy size, and the amount of weight you've gained throughout your pregnancy. :o)

I'd have to agree with that. I have 2 girls the 1st was 7 13 and the 2nd was 9lbs yet I gained MUCH more weight with the 1st than I did with the 2nd. I have heard the Old Wives tale though but I heard that a round shape means boy and a wide shape means girl!

100% positive. All pregnant ladies w/ small bellies are/had baby girls and big bellies baby boys, If you don't start showing early then once again you're having a girl, so there you have your answer to that one.

"for sure" sorry that is wrong!!!!!! A friend of mine hardly showed thru her whole pregnancy & had a boy. Another friend was huge from early on and also had a boy. (both were born within a week of each other) YOu cannot gage the s_x from how much a woman grows or how fast it is not reliable at all.

My mother had 15 kids!! and she says it is absolutely true! She should know...The boy will show early with a pointed stomach while a girl will hide in the hips and your stomach will be more rounded. Good luck to all of us for healthy babies!!!!!!
