i know it sounds stupid but does ur cervix move while ur pregnant? im 29 weeks and last night me and my bf were at it but he stopped bc he said he was hitting something, but i didnt feel like he was hitting anything so im curious if its possible for ur cervix to move. and if so is it a normal thing, and why?

that and while im thinking about it i have another question. does anyone have a VERY strong pain right around their pelvic bone area? its a pain on the inside, to me it feels like a constant papsmear, the whole q-tip scratching part. when im sitting or standing every now and again there will be this pain that feels like it does during a pap smear when they scratch the q-tip on ur cervix, multiplied by 100, and when that starts itll last for a long time occuring every 10 minutes or so. i was curious if this is happening/ or happened to anyone else, and if so what is it and again, is it normal?

to nicole, that horrible sensation you are feeling is the baby moving its head and/or hands by your cervix. I had the same feeling with my second baby and when I went into labor as the nurse was checking me to see how dilated I was,I had that sensation such as you described and that I had been feeling for months ,and she tells me the baby is moving his head back and forth like he is saying "no". So its at this late date I finally find out why I was feeling like something was scratching out my cervix. I am now pregnant with number three and am having the same problem, I am sure baby is shaking its head or just plain punching my cervix with a little fist LOL. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
