LOL here it is!! ***The Bob & Tom Drano Test is designed to determine, with reasonable accuracy, the gender (not species, sorry) of an unborn child after the fourth month of pregnancy. Don't ask us how or why it works, it just does. ITEMS YOU WILL NEED FOR THE Drano TEST: - Approximately 2 tablespoons of CRYSTAL Drano - Medium gla__s or gla__s jar (preferably one you don't intend to use again) STEP 1 You will need a urine sample of about two to three ounces. How this urine sample is procurred is up to the participants. Have fun with it, be creative, we don't care, just don't injure anybody. The urine sample must be fresh - preferably the first of the morning. STEP 2 Take the test materials outside. With the Drano in the gla__s or jar, carefully pour the urine sample on top of the Drano. You will want to have about equal amounts of urine and Drano. STEP 3 Observe. If the really nasty-smelling concoction you now posess darkens to a brownish color within the first 10 seconds, IT'S A BOY! If it just sits there for more than 10-15 seconds, IT'S A GIRL. In either case, IT'S GOING TO SMELL REALLY BAD, AND YOU'LL WANT TO HOSE IT DOWN FAIRLY QUICKLY! We hope the Drano test has been a pleasant experience for both parents-to-be. Again, be careful when mixing the Drano and urine. Drano is a dangerous chemical, and if you don't know what fresh urine can do to you, call Chuck Berry. Thanks for stopping by and thanks for listening to The Bob & Tom Show.

I did the drano test from exactly the previous instructions. Actually, my husband helped so I wouldn't have to be near the chemicals. It was totally wrong for me. It just stayed the same, which meant "girl". And I'm definately having a boy! I have two girls already, so I can tell the difference in the parts on the u/s. I wouldn't reccomend it.

Has it ever occurred to anyone to actually try to figure out what chemicals are supposed to react with what in this "experiment?" Or do lots of people just prefer to rely on good old-fashioned hocus pocus? I'm having a really hard time believing (or maybe I'm just in denial) that there are really so many people who would put more than a second of thought into such superst_tious nonsense.

CALM DOWN LIN! It's all for fun, who cares? I think everyone knows that the pregnant woman isn't supposed to mess with the chemicals herself and that it's all an old wives tale. My Dr. even told me! I'm having a baby and I think it's fun to try out the old wives tales! Do I really expect the result to be accurate? Hell no! I tried the whole ring from a string over my belly too, and you know what? It went back and forth! A boy! and then, it went in circles! A girl! I'm having twins! LOL, I'm not even having twins! But who doesn't like to guess what they are having? So I say BRING ON THE HOCUS POCUS!!

to Steph! Thanks for giving me the answer to my question! I haven't found it in a step by step, it's perfect! I find out the gender in a few weeks, I just think it's fun!

Calm down? Funny, I wasn't aware that I was "up." You obviously missed all the previous threads with people taking their "pregnancy tests" very seriously (some dandelion thing, spinning needle-on-a-string hanging above the wrist, etc.).
