Emotionally Drained

Hi all, I've had quite a lot on my mind just recently, with moving house and having trouble with my in-laws. Also I have a very mundane job at the moment and because I don't get much sleep I'm constantly shattered at work and feel it's a struggle to get through the day. As a result of all this I'm feeling low all of the time and often get upset in the evenings. I'm almost 26 weeks pregnant and I'm sure all of this can't be good for the baby? If anyone has got any suggestions on how I can get myself out of this depressive state I would be really grateful. Thanks
