Experience TTC With Bad Seasonal Allergies

I have a 2.5 yo DD. Since having her, I have developed bad seasonal allergies that last for 3-5 months each year. My allergies were so bad this past Winter/Spring, that we postponed TTC for #2 & I decided to start allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots.) I have been getting them since June and am close to my maximum dose. We have been waiting to try until I hit the maximum dose. Well, now my seasonal allergies have ramped back up again. I was hopeful that the shots since June would provide me some protection this year, but it doesn't seem like it so far. When I am flared up, I have to take a antihistamine/decongestant (Zyrtec D), a nasal antihistamine (Astepro) and tylenol or ibuprofen just to manage/cope with my symptoms. So, now I at a total loss of what do. We are really ready to have our 2nd, but I'm not sure how I can manage my seasonal allergies while pregnant w/out taking the medications. I don't know when I'm going to start to feel relief from the shots, so I don't want to keep postponing getting pregnant, but at the same time... don't want to be miserable b/c I can't take any medicine. I also plan to nurse, so the daily antihistamines will be a problem with that too. I'd love to hear from anyone else that has ongoing severe allergies and how you managed them while TTC, pregnant and nursing. Thank you so much!!!
