Im 31 weeks and throughout my whole pregnancy I have been a little on the sensitive side, but just lately its been more intense. I cry over sad commercials and can't for anything watch scary movies or tv shows because they scare the c__p out of me and I have nightmares and bad feelings. think this is normal....anyone else feeling like this?

I was very emotional during pregnancy and got even worse for a while, after the baby was born. She's 3 weeks now, and I think my hormones are finally calming down. Don't worry. Just remember, this is all part of pregnancy and birth. You're not alone in feeling this way. Just have a good cry if you want, talk it out with a loved one or best friend and eat some chocolate or something. It'll pa__s eventually. :) The commercials that really killed me, were ones for the National Society For The Protection of Children. They had me sobbing for an hour or so!

Yea i was there too, my partner would say something and i'd run to the bed and cry sometimes, for me the hormones would be bad for a while then settle down then go again. I was told when i feel sad to try not to get urself housebound. Its easy too cause u dont feel good about urself sometimes, getting bigger etc. Get out as often as u can especially when feeling low cause staying in the house makes it worse and i agree, looking at the 4 walls never helps. See a friend, shop, buy for baby cause later its not as easy just to jump in the car and do all that. Get lots of sleep and eat well, it will help ur emotional state. Good luck and i was lucky not to get post natal depression, i did feel bad enuff during pregnancy, i am sure u will be fine.........
