Flintstone Vitamins

I took the Materna vitamins as best as I could for the first 3 months. But after a while I just kept forgetting, because I hate swallowing pills of any kind. Then I bought Flintstone vitamins, which sounds funny because I like them, and take those. I hope this is not a really bad thing!

Don't worry it is not a bad thing bl !!!! I do the same thing. The doctors say that 2 flinstone vitamins would pretty much equal a prenatal. I myself hate swallowing pills, So I did the same thing you are doing. So do not worry...

I did that - but also was advised to take a folic acid supplement. I would do that too just to be safe!

My sister in law was told that taking finstone vitamins was fine. I wonder myself if I should go back to normal vitamins plus a supplement, my prenatals costs me $35 a month and I eat fairly well.

I am ashamed to admit that i have a horrible time remembering to take my vitamin. I also take the flinstone plus iron vitamin and everything has been going great :) good luck!

the pernatals made me very sick, so the doctor told me just to take two flinstones. together or seperate. I take one in the morning and one at night, cause even they still make me a little sick. But it is completly fine,.

I do the same thing!! I take flinstones plus iron and flinstones plus calcium. I also eat Total cereal which is fortified with a lot of vitamins. Those horse pill prenatal things are so hard to take.

Do Flintstones Vitamins contain Folic Acid? I was told Folic Acid was absolutely necessary for the development of the baby.
