Fruit Amp Juices That Have Iron

Does anyone know of anything i can eat or drink with iron?? i was told my hemoglobin is a 9.4. not sure what the normal is. But i just had a miscarriage. not sure if me being low on iron didn't help much. But if i am going to try again, i want to make sure i get enough iron. thanks!

Berries - I know strawberries and raspberries are high in iron, not sure about the rest. You can pick up frozen ones for a lot less than fresh and they still carry the same amount of nutrition/same flavor. Combine that with a cereal high in oats and/or yogurt and you'll boost the iron content even more. Certain breads such as potato bread have a higher iron content than normal as well... and probably the most iron rich food would be greens, the darker the better (spinach is king, lol). But most importantly, start taking an iron pill. If you eat a bowl of high fiber cereal in the morning and then follow up with the iron pill it should help you from getting constipated. Hope this helps. :)
