What type of head ache medicine should my wife take, she is roughly 3 weeks pregnant...tylenol, aspirin?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) regular or extra strength...NO..Aspirin, sclicylates, ibuprofen (Advil, Nuprin) Naproxen (Aleve) or Exedrin..

tylenol and absolutely nothing else unless your ob ok's it.... But rather than trying tylenol she should try a warm or cool cloth over her head and stay in a dark place and relax. (that always helps for me and i get migranes daily.)

Tylenol...If she's prone to menstrual headaches, they might get worse during pregnancy. Mine did, and the headache aggrivates morning sickness. Tylenol is safe. Ibuprofen has been shown in a couple of new studies to cause miscarriage. Asprin can interfere with the baby's nervous system development. I took Tylenol throughout my first pregnancy, and my daughter is healthy, large for her age, and very intelligent.
