HELP!! Is there anything else besides popping tylenol to relieve headaches? I feel like someone's just pounding right above both my ears & it doesn't stop unless I take tylenol, but as soon as that wears off...here it comes again. It really hurts! I can't take tylenol forever.

Hey crackersforme! Have you taken another test yet? I will be soon. I haven't actually missed a period yet (I don't think. Just had some spotting) but I've been sicker than a dog all week. It's not time for af or for these symptoms yet, so who knows? I too have had a headache all week that just will not go away. All I've used so far is tylenol because until I find out for sure if I'm pregnant or not I'm just going to be careful about what I eat and medication. Better to be safe than sorry! Hope your head feels better soon! :)

Hi Kiersten. Haven't tested again yet...waiting for the spotting to stop & then I'll run to the store & get one -- it's so cold outside & I've been so depressed that I just don't have the 'umph' to go get one. The headaches are driving me nuts, though...I hate taking tylenol all the time, but if I don't they get so bad that it seems to make my mouth hurt as well. Hope your head feels better too! Let me know when you test -- good luck!!

Where do you live that's so cold? It's been high 6o's I think all day here. (Florida) My family lives in New York and they're FREEZING! :) Drink some hot cocoa and stay inside! Thanks for the link.

I'm up close to your family...it's below zero every morning & is just now starting to drift upward above zero during the day at least. It's not really the temperature, but the windchill. Oh to think...Florida.......let's switch!

HA, HA! No thanks!! :) You can keep your cold weather to yourself, thank you very much. My husband and I are down here for school. He goes to Pensacola Christian College. I run a daycare and currently watch a 2yr. old and a 3yr. old throughout the week. They keep me busy! 50 hours of wiping bottoms and runny noses! LOL Do you have any kids? I've seen a couple of your posts but haven't read that yet. My girl friend and her hubby just moved from Florida to New York and she's dying! So funny to hear her all excited because it got up to 30 degrees. Such a Yankee! Did you grow up in the north? I'll try and send you some 70 degree weather with a sand storm! TTYL

I've noticed taking a nice warm shower sometimes help relieve my headaches. But if they're really bad, sometimes the only thing that helps is sleep. I'm at 12 weeks and the headaches are terrible lately!

How muhc water are you drinking? Most headaches are due to dehydration.

Kiersten....this is our first. I've grown up in the north, but NEVER get used to the cold every winter. I'm MUCH happier in weather that's at least 80 degrees. FAEYTH, maybe that's the trick. I haven't been thirsty lately -- usually I'm extremely thirsty, but lately...nope. I've been drinking one 6.75 fluid ounce drink pouch a day...if that.

also thought I should mention that I haven't been drinking because I haven't been hungry because I've been so sick this past week. It's weird...my stomach will be growling & I FEEL hungry, but when I go to get something to eat -- I get nauseous. I was holding down a piece of toast & a bowl of soup a day, if I was lucky. Today seems much better...so far.
