its fine to take some asprin, i always did when pregnant, as long as it doesnt have codeine just mere paracetamol, well thats what its called here in aus... just normal asprin again is ok

Just for your info - paracetamol is called acetaminophen in the States, and unlike in Oz, it's not possible to buy it over the counter with codeine in it anyway.

Paracetemol is not Aspirin. You shouldn't take aspirin!!

Fozins I am getting ALOT of headaches this pregnancy.. More severe ones in my first trimester.. I found that nothing helped until I hadn't taken anything in a long time.. Now I can take a reg. tylenol and it will take at least the edge off.. that is the onl kind of medicine I recommend, I'm a migraine sufferer.. and my doc told me, not to take anything.. espeically Advils, sinutabs etc etc, not even asprin... Tyelnol or no name tyelnol (reg. strength) only. I found nothing helps most of the time, try and catch a nap.. with something warm on your head, sleep is the best to take that away
