Healthy Snacks To Eat Advice Please

I work 3pm-11pm and during those times is when it's the hardest for me to actually eat or snack on something. I usually just eat an apple but thats starting not to cut it and i'm getting worn out on them.. At home it's no problem. But at work i get really dizzy b/c of that. What are some healthy snacks that i can buy at a grocer store so i can pack w/ me to work?

fruits and veggies of course, but you said your getting tired of them. how about some granola bars, cheese, yougurt, oatmeal cookies, and lots of water.

I know what you mean, Sarah!! I work from 5am-1pm so I have to pack a lot of food to keep myself going, I pack yogurt, granola bars, almonds or pistachios, leftovers from dinner and juice! People must think I'm nuts when they see all the food I bring!

bake muffins with almonds, dried friuts and whole wheat flour. Use oat bran in there as well. Eat that with a gla__s of milk... mmmmm yummy!
