After s_x I get cramps for like 5 hours..im 35 wks pregnant..should I be worried or are these just mild contractions or my cervix softening??

Contractions after s_x are normal. The s____n carries a chemical that actually can induce labor, if you are ready, and cause contractions. Also, orgasms can cause you to have contractions. If your are very concerned, talk to your doctor about it. Otherwise, it is normal and you should be fine. Unless of course you do go into full b__wn labor after s_x. Your doc may tell you to stay away from s_x until after the baby is born to avoid preterm labor. Good Luck.

yeah I knew that about the s____n and stuff.. it feels like period crmaps really but extremely intense...Its definitely not full labour. I dont really know what a contraction feels like or even how to time them
