You are just trying to abuse the wellfare system. Its not the governments job to provide you with health care. Get a job and then you'll have some. And no depending on your income the state is not required to provide you with insurance and if you get married and his income moves you out of the poverty bracket then yes the 2 of you will have to pay your own bills. And if the welfare system believes you are not getting married for the sole purpose of using their health care in most states they can and will fine you for abuse of the system and then you will owe every bill they have paid plus very heavy fines.

Anywayssss Lori how do u know shes abusing the welfare system. Wel "just a mom" i wish i knew the answer to ur question, i asume its different in every state. I also get state insurance "medicaid" because I work part-time and go to school full-time. However I am not with the father.

My husband's high school girlfriend was on state Insurance when she had their daughter. They were never married and he still had to pay the hospital bill, so I don't think it matters, they will get the money out of the father somehow(NY)
