I'm 18 weeks going on 19 weeks (first pregnancy) and I was wondering if anyone else did this: when your stomach gets to empty, you get nauseous, and sometimes throw up. Is it normal?

You bet it is!! Very normal. I have been through extreme nausea and vomiting, and hunger is one of the biggest culprits! Try munching every hour or so.

Yes, nauseousness usually happens when your blood sugar is low. That's why for morning sickness they say to have some crackers before you even get out of bed. So your blood sugar can be raised as soon as possible to help with nausea. Good Luck
