I started lactating at 26 weeks, is this normal?

You are probably just experiencing colustrum leakage, not actual milk. You cannot actually produce milk until after your baby is born. Your baby will drink your colustrum for the first 2-5 days and then your milk will come in. See a doctor is you have concerns.
