No offence to your wife, but if you are trying to concieve then she has probably convinced herself she has pregnancy symptoms when in fact she has none. All women get tender b___sts - it's called PMT! I know when I was trying for a baby every month I was convinced I had X amount of symptoms, but of course I didn't - I was imagining it! If your wife has had a period there is VERY little chance that she is pregnant at the moment. Don't stress over concieving, it will happen one day. Your first sign should be a missed period, untill then stop speculating. It can take up to a year for a perfectly fertile couple to concieve.

I would suggest that if your wife suspects that she maybe pregnant to take a pregnancy test to make sure. It is hard to say for certain whether her symptoms were caused by pregnancy or a pending period. That is why it is important to get a test done. There has been cases were women will continue to have their periods throughout their pregnancies. Are your wife's periods regular? Was she using any form of birth control before trying to conceive? If so then these symptoms may have resulted from coming off the pill (if she was on it). All in all, I know how fustrating this period can be and that is why I urge you to get a test to put your mind at ease and maybe talk to your doctor about any concerns your wife may have.
