Miscarriage Amp Morning Sickness

Hi. I had a m/c in Nov. at about 7 weeks. I had some mild brown spotting and went in for an u/s and the baby died only measured 5 weeks with no heartbeat. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and a nervous wreck. I went for an u/s last week and we saw the baby with a healthy heartbeat. I have morning sickness really bad. What are the chances of me having a m/c at this point of my pregnancy?

MJ - I had my first dr appt last week and we were able to hear the baby's heartbeat. My doctor told us that since we know the baby has a heartbeat, there is only a 5% chance of m/c. That really rea__sured me...I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant. Best of luck to you!

Pretty much the same answer as Darcie, once you can hear the heartbeat the chances of having a m/c drop signifacantly(sp?)

Also, it's very rea__suring to have morning sickness and other symptoms, they are signs that everything is still happening as it should. It becomes a bit worrisome when the symptoms disappear quickly in the first trimester, possibly a sign of an impending miscarriage. Relax girlfriend and enjoy the morning sickness. :o)
