I have never really ate alot, and now that I am pregnant I still don't eat alot I am concered that this could hurt my baby will it?

Your baby will take every last nutrient from your body in order to meet his/her needs. If you don't eat alot you will suffer first with low iron (anemia), nutrient deficiency etc. This will increase your chances of getting sick, etc. Soooo...I am not sure what you mean by you don't eat a lot, but you need to eat about 300 calories more than the normal for you (which is about 1200 calories a day for most people). You also need to make sure it is balanced. For example, if you don't eat enough foods with calcium, your baby will get it from your teeth and bones and both of those things will suffer. I think you get the point: bottom line, if you want to maintain your health and beauty, make sure you eat a balanced diet. Good luck!
