Need Help 6weeks And Spotting

I'm waiting for my Dr. to phone me back, but I don't think he'll be able to really tell me anything other than to wait it out. I'm 6 weeks today with my 4th, yesterday I got home from work around 2pm and noticed I had started spotting a pinkish-brown colored blood. I have been having mild cramps and have been continuing to spot since then with the cramps coming and going, but nothing has progressed. I have miscarried before but it all happened within hours, so I'm really confused right now. I know every pregnancy is different and I know some women do have some spotting in the early weeks and everything is still fine, has anyone gone through something similar?

Have you been to your first appt yet? I had spotting around 6 weeks with my fist pregnancy and everything ended up ok. You did the right thing by calling your doctor. 6 weeks is a good time for your first appt if you haven't been yet. Good luck!

I have been to my Dr. to get a test last Monday. I live in Canada and we don't generally start prenatal appointments until 8-10 weeks, so I had an appt booked for a month from now. I hope I can get in for an U/S right away when he phones me back.

if the blood is pink or bright red it is fresh see a dr or go to the er...you need to be checked just incase. i had a threatened miscarriage at 6 weeks with the same type bleeding but the er dr was able to help and now im 9 weeks and just fine

Did you pa__s any small clots? I had an inner/outter U/S this morning and I have to get a blood test tomorrow to see what my HCG is at. I'm pretty sure I miscarried, but I'm holding out a little hope still....also how long did your bleeding last for? Did you cramp? Thankyou.
