I'm 7 weeks 2 days and just started having back pains and mild cramps in my lower ab.. is this something anyone else has gone through?

Yes, cramping is normal as your uterus (sp?) is growing. Just wait, it gets even better :)

At this rate I'll end up killing my husband before the baby is born! I already have a bad back. I can't wait to see what the next 7 months have in store.

You can take Tylenol if you are in too much pain. Good luck!

nancy , when did you start cramping?

I've been cramping since before I found out I was pregnant. Doc said that was normal. Now my back is hurting though. I don't know if it's from my office chair or what.

If you sit all day, it'll be agood idea to get a back support for your chair. Also try to walk around during the day; 20 minute walk or a few shorter ones will also help with the back pain. :o)
