How far along are you? Try eating choclate or drinking some orange juice and lie on your back. If still no movement I would contact your dr.

Try lying on your side in the evening after supper. At 28 weeks, the baby should move 10 times per hour - unless they're asleep! If you don't get movement soon, I would contact the doc.

Some time you don't feel your baby move as much if you've had an active day, try a cold soda or ice water... I know that sometimes will get the baby active. If you still don't feel activity you should contact your Dr. they will bring you in for an ultrasound or stress test depending on how far along you are.

I'm 26 weeks and last week I decided to call the doctor because I could hardly feel my baby move (he used to be very active) I went in for her to check - had an ultrasound - and all is well. What happened is that he changed position and was moving as much (we saw him move a lot during the ultrasound) - I just couldn't feel it as much. I left the office rea__sured. I think that if you have doubts or fear, contact your doctor and be rea__sured :)
