How can I produce more br___t milk?

Are you drinking a lot of water? I know that when I b___stfed my son water did the trick for me! Also, proteins can help too. Meats, veggies, etc.

drink a beer. It's known to help release the milk. and a beer wont hurt your baby. Even ask your lactation specialist about it!

Have you had your baby yet? Your name is mommie2b so I'm guessing you haven't had your baby yet, unless that was just the name you picked awhile back. If you haven't had your baby yet, your not suppose to be making b___stmilk yet, your just producing colostrum right now...thats the stuff packed with nutrients and anitbodies for the first days after the babies birth THEN you start producing A BUNCH of b___stmilk like three days later. If you've had your baby, pump/b___stfeed every two hours and eat really well. Good luck to you.

As the others said, definitely eat and drink enough - I had only two meals a day for two days in a row, and my milk supply noticably dwindled. Fenugreek tablets or tea (it's an herb) can help you step up your milk supply also.

There is an herbal tea called mothers milk that helps to increase b___st milk production. But contact a consultant before you try any herbal remedy.
