IS THAT TRUE THAT OLDER WOMEN ARE MORE LIKELY TO HAVE TWINS? IF SO WHAT AGE IS CONSIDER OLD? WHY IS THAT TRUE? tHANKS FOR YOUR HELP?

Age matters. One reason for the increased incidence of multiple births in the United States is the trend toward delaying pregnancy. incidence of twins increases for women over the age of 35 and even more if you are over 50. To put it in perspective, your chance of giving birth to twins if you are under 25 years of age is less than half of what it would be after the age of 35

Oh my i'm 35! I already have two children I really don't need twins. But whatever the lord grants me i will deal with it and love them both.

Age is definately a factor. Just Me is right. Women over 35 have a slightly higher risk of having twins. Other factors increase the odds as well, such as natural fraternal twinning on your side of the family, invetro fertilization or use of fertility drugs, etc. Good luck with your pregnancy!
