Outside Fine Inside Not So Fine

Anyone else go through this? When I am inside I feel so sick, espcialy at work and in certain rooms at my house. However when I go outside I feel 1000 times better and seem to perk up. Thoughts?

Me too. I have pets and they are indoors only. I wonder if it's to do with that maybe. I just put it down to outside being fresher overall. x

I also have pets (too many really a total of 8). I think the office is just really stuffy. I wish I could move my work desk outside. It is such a beautiful day.

I went through that stage. But it's still winter here so going outside actually makes me feel more c___ppy cus it's so cold out. We had one day where it hit 50 and I gave the dog a nice bath and we both sat on the deck and soaked up the sun and I felt AWESOME! The next day it was 20 outside and I felt horrible. Spring is coming but now they're predicting 8" of snow by Friday. Gag me. I know what you mean though. Being cooped up seems to make it worse. I can't WAIT for spring!

I think I may have to get rid of a few or get a doggie/kitty door. Luckly I don't have to worry much about the weather here. Just Tstorms. Its really always nice here in Florida except when the hurricanes come. God I hope it wont be like last year. Being pregnant and being without power and good drinking water for almost a month (cause two hit within a couple weeks of each other). No way I can handle it this time. Last time was bad enough!
