calm down and try not to worry when I was pregnant with my 2nd son I had the same thing happen to me...they may want to do a more detailed biopsy but if I were you I would wait until after the baby is born I went ahead and let them do the "pinch biopsy" and I had some scary cramps and bleeding afterwards but all was fine they did tell me that I was at the last stages before the cells turned into to cancer and I had a choice I could one-have those cells removed in an outpatient surgery or 2-get a hysterectomy well I was 28yrs old at the time I opted to have the cells removed and now I am 35yrs old and am pregnant for the 3rd time my paps came back at first abnormal for a couple of years now they are coming back normal my latest one was just fine and I had that when I found out I was pregnant this time I was so happy!! So just listen to your doctor and see what they have to say but this should not harm your baby and sometimes giving birth v____allly clears up the abnormal cells but like I said unless they tell you it is cancer it is more than likley just pre-cancerous cells and that can be taken care of safely after you give birth good luck and take care
