Hi everyone, i was wondering if its possible to have braxton hick contractions at 24 weeks, some are painful and some are painless, this is my 5th child so whether its because of that i dont know. 6 years ago i lost a baby boy at 20 weeks because my waters broke, they didnt know whether its because i cant carry boys because i have 4 girls and they are all fine. I have found out at my last ultrasound that this baby looks like a boy so i am more worried than ever, please help if you can.

If you are concerned please call your doc asap! My sister thought she was having braxton hix at 26 weeks pregnant with twins and her placenta had ruptured and she was in labor. She didn't make it to the hospital on time because her doctor told her it was probably just braxton hix. Anyway her ending wasn't good she lost one of the babies. I am not trying to alarm you but I would rather be better safe than sorry.
