I never had normal bowel movements before I got pregnant (I'm only a few weeks along) and now every morning for the past few weeks I'm pooing regularly? Is that pregnancy related or what? Just wondering.

Same here. My husband calls me the "pop machine". I am always going but with no constipation. Its more like diahrrea. Is that a sign of pregnancy?

using the bathroom gets more and more frequent the farther along you are, I pee more than I use to, your child likes to push on your bowels while you are sleeping is my guess

Progesterone relaxes the long muscles in the intestinal tract. The rate at which food moves through is different. The esophagus relaxes, giving rise to heartburn. The diaphragm can lose tone, resulting in shortness of breath. Early in pregnancy high hCG levels irritate the bladder and cause frequent urination. Later in pregnancy the fetus takes up bladder space. Hope this helps

I say, lucky you. There are lot's of women who have the opposite reaction to pregnancy and they get constipated. NOT FUN. Could be that you changed your diet since you found out you are pregnant? If not, it's still perfectly normal and again, lucky you!
