Preganancy Paranoia

Emily - February 14

On the fifth and sixth of January, my boyfriend and I decided to have s_x (it was the first time for both of us). He was nervous, though, and consequently there was no penetration. We did use a condom on both occasions, and it stayed on. On the twelfth of January, I got what I believe to be my normal period, horrific cramps and all. It's now the fourteenth of February, and I still have no signs of my period. Over the winter break, after my last period, I came down with a bad case of strep, and received a penicillin shot in my backside. Since then, I've been experiencing typical signs of a yeast infection (persistent itching, white chunky-ish discharge), which I read could have been caused by the antibiotics. I also have an enlarged posterior cervical lymph node, more than likely also caused by the strep. (It is decreasing in size, yay!) Between this, the supposed infection, and the delay of my normal period, I've been stressing a significant amount. I realize a seemingly "normal" period can be slightly delayed by stress, but I'm still extremely paranoid. I did take a pregnancy test a few nights ago, but results showed up after the indicated time, so I'm going to consider that negative result invalid. Being as worried as I am, I have asked him time and time again if he released anything at all, and he has assured me each time that he was too preoccupied and too nervous, and had difficulties performing. He has promised me that he did not release a drop, and that the condom was dry when he removed it. I know that I'm probably just paranoid, which in turn is causing my period to be delayed, but any form of advice would be greatly appreciated.

SEEMS LIKE YOUR STRESSED OUT. MANY TIMES STRESS ALONE IS THE CAUSE FOR YOUR PERIOD TO DISSAPEAR
