Pregnancy Problems

My wife is pregnant. She has Indometriosus real bad. Right now, she is in 5th week of pregnancy. She is having real bad cramps. She says they are like the ones that she has when she is on her period. She has seen the doctor yesterday(12-28-05) and will see the doctor again next tuesday(01-03-06). She is doing everything the doctor told her to. When she sees the doctor next week, he will tell her what her blood results are. If they are below 1500 or above 1500. She knows that she wants them below 1500. The doctor did not see fluid build up near the falopian tube, which he said was good. I know that it is early, but why is my wife hurting so bad and so much? Is there anything that I can do to help her? I love her so much, that it hurts me to see her in pain. Please help me.

I had some pretty wicked cramps at the begining of pregnancy, but I also do not suffer from endometriosis. Are they worried about a tubal pregnancy? You mentioned blood levels....what are they for? If it's hcg levels you want them higher next blood draw. The only thing I can suggest to help her is Tylenol and heat. If she uses a heating pad on low or medium settings it can help alot. Also rubbing her lower back can help out too. I'm sorry she's going through this, and sorry you are too. Just try to get her to relax, because the worrying can tense her up even more and cause even more pain. Easier said than done, I know especially when you want this so bad. Good luck, hope you get some helpful answers! :)
