I really want to have chidren with my husband, but the whole labor part scares the h*** out of me and is causing me to hold back from trying. I have a hard time even going to the OB... anyone else felt this way and have a child?

OMG... I was the same way. I would tremble at the thought of going to the doctor. We got pregnant (not planned but wanted) and I was scared to death. I pa__s out from needles. I gotta tell you it was amazing. Everything from seeing you belly and baby grow, seeing the ultersounds, the relationship you devlop with your spouse. And the labor part wasn't as bad as I thought.( I'd rather do that again then get my wisdom tooth pulled) Just get an epidurul and you don't feel a thing. It's so worth it.

honestly, I dont understand the whole being scared to go to the OB thing. Why be embara__sed? its for medical reasons. the doctor isnt looking in *that* way. I don't really know what to say because I can't relate to feeling that way (except maybe for my first pap, but then realized it wasnt a big deal) Not going to lie to ya, labour (in some cases) hurts like hell, but it is allllllll worth it. You may feel scared at first but as you approach your due date those feelings subside and you are mostly just anxious and excited.

You get over it. When there is a little one inside, you'll do anything to keep it healthy.

No one looks forward to labour pain. I'm terrible with pain, but I want a baby more. I'm 23 weeks and can't wait to have the baby.
