Prenatal Vitamin Question Help

Hi all! I need to take a pre-natal vitamin, this is cycle #5 ttc. Problem is that I am lactose intolerant. I can't drink milk or dairy containing lactose. I have found upon research that Elevit contains lactose, haven't looked into the other brands as of yet. I am in Australia by the way. Does anyone know of a brand that does not contain lactose or is lower in the level of lactose contained? Thanking you.

Good luck with your continued research. My guess is that lactose is not a standard ingredient of prenatal vitamins. Read the label. You will have to get extra calcium from someplace when your baby is growing, or your own bone density and teeth will suffer. Orange juice fortified with calcium is the usual choice.

I have a mutlivitamin regim from Shaklee that I take, contains b, c, e and folic acid. Highly recommending by the Periantologist here in my city. See information Ladies Place. Net
