Question About Mono

I just found out my daughter who is only SIX thats right SIX has MONO! I had it a LONG time ago but Im wondering if anyone knows if a person is immune to it after they already had it??

yes many times a person is immune to this, although I would not suggest swapping saliva with her. Known as EBV or Epstein Barr Virus, mono is a type of herpes virus, many people live there whole live not even knowing that they have come in contact with mono. 95% of the US people are believe to have come in contact with it by the time that they are 35 years old.Also, mono is not only contracted my kissing, it can be spread by drinking after another person who has it, using their toothbrush...ect.
