Quinn Lexie Or Areka

I had my baby girl last week and now I'm not sure if the name I chose suits her... I had decided to call her Quinn but only just found out her father has a hard time saying it. It sounds like "queen" when he says it. He's Polish. He says it's fine and that he'll learn how to say it but I feel bad for not thinking of that possible problem earlier. What do you think of Lexie or Areka? Or should I stick with Quinn? Your opinions will be appreciated. Thanks P

I would stick with your original choice, if you change it you will regret it later =)

maybe you can put Quinn as a second name...she could have to names just in case, I would do that..but its your personal decition.

How about Lexie Quinn. I have always liked Lexie as a first name and this way you could still keep Quinn as her middle name if you don't already have another. Areka is also a very nice name. Try to go with your gut and with what both you and your husband are most comfortable with. I understand the Polish accent well - I am Polish myself and have a friend that has only recently moved the the US. Good luck!

Did you already turn in the paperwork for the birth certificate? My friends parents changed her name when she was a week old and now in the social security system the first name she had is also listed as an a.k.a. (ie Melissa Jones a.k.a Rachel Jones). It's kinda funny! I think Quinn is adorable, definately my favorite of the 3 names you mentioned.
