Can anyone recommend a Basal Thermometer ? Digital or mercury type, which is best, easiest to use...I am in Southern Ontario...anyone got any advice on using this method to "confirm " ovulation time.. I am pretty sure I know when I am ovulating.. just married for 3 month and TTC.. just want to increase the chances LOL

i reccomend a digital, as i take my temp at 6am (when dh wakes me to say bye bye so i just stick in my mouth it beeps and i just turn it off and put it back on the table and read it later when i wake up!, works great for me, as i dont have to actually do any thinking at 6 am !!when asleep! lol

Great.. you do the same as me.. when hubby says good bye for the day.. sounds like a plan...What price range are they in... ? How long have you been charting... have you noticed that you ovulate when you thought ?

well im going for round 2, and this time round my cycles are actually regular!! so after 5 months i finally decided to go back to temping just to find out when i was o'ing and well 2nd month now and have oed with in a day or 2 of last month, however, i always thought i was oing aroung 14 dys before af , but temping has told me that ( hold on looking for the bloody chart) ok, i actually o 12 days befroe af! i do however go on more than my temps, i go on cp and cm, which is pretty reliable as well, now its just a matter of actually falling pg!! and keeping this baby, hey! any way have a look at www.fertilityfriend.com they will be very handy for you. oh and as for the prices im in australia so i have no idea the price and i brought mine about 2-3 years ago!
