Regarding My Health

I'm 25 years old and pregnant by four months. At initial stage I had moderate vomiting and not able to take food properly. I'm basically a poor eater. As four months has gone still I can not improve my intake. If I try eating more I'm getting vomiting. I'm much worried about my baby's growth. I'm going to have first scanning by next week. Can I get clear about my baby's growth through scanning?...How can I improve my situation?...

as long as your taking supplements it really shouldn't matter that much about the food issue as your baby would only have been taking the vitamins and nutrients from food so as long as he/she is geting them from supplements it should be ok, But for yourself you should really try to eat, I am also 4mths and have lost a total of 18lbs so far so I only weigh in at 8st 12lbs which is light for me as I am 5ft 7 ... Try and eat small and often, Make a food plan the day before, Even if its just a cracker in the morning, toast for lunch, small dinner, and small supper, try and snack in between, If the vomitting dosn't ease then your doctor will prescribe anti-sickness tablets, My sickness has just started to subside and I can pick at food a little more, Also lots and lots of fruit juice and water!!
