Does anyone have this problem going on. I am only 14 weeks along, and I don't do this everyday, but this has happened like 5 times now, where it feels like I can't get my breath. I know a lot of women tell me that they had this problem, but they didn't get it till they where more along. Maybe I just worry to much. This is my first.

Could it be anxiety related, by any chance? Many psychological issues show up as physical symptoms. Other than that, I am 14 weeks but have no shortness of breath, just nasty headaches.

I am now 33 wks but I think I got the shortness of breath really early on as well, and I'm not very big at all.The most important thing is just take it easy, but still make sure you're going out and taking walks and exercising. Also, sleeping with your head in a bit of an upright position helps at night.I have shortness of breath really bad but my doctor just said my baby is up really high and gaining a bit of extra weight will usually cause difficulty breathing in anyone
