I'll be 16 weeks pg tomorrow and I have been having a really rough time sleeping at night. I have been really sleepy at bedtime, so it's not that the problem. I just can't get comfortable with my ever-expanding belly. I toss from side to side and must have changed positions 20 times or more last night. Does anyone have the same problem? Or have you purchased a body pillow that works well for you? Help me, I need a good night' s sleep! thanks :)

I was having trouble too, now that my belly is getting heavy. I bought a wedge shape pillow to go under my bump and so far it's worked like magic.

Thanks Foxy. I'll take a look at that. I think I am going to go pillow shopping after work!

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!! And unfortunately, I've kicked my husband to the couch (however, he insists he doesn't mind, as long as I get some sleep). My mother told me to try Lavender. So I bought a Pressure Point Stress Lotion and some Linen Spray. I also use just a regular pillow under my belly, and another between my legs. It's work great. My doctor also advised me to stop drinking after 7 pm if possible and not to eat anything at least an hour (if I can manage not eating that long) before bed. So far, it's worked. Good luck!
