My grand mother was 45 was she gave birth to my father. That was her 21st child. I am being completely honest... What a woman.

Well, Geena Davis was 47 when she had her twins last year. I think the oldest woman was 57. It's in the Guiness Book of World Records, as I recall.

65 is the oldest. I got this from the BBC news on the web so I'm pretty sure it's accurate. The next oldest is 64. born to an Indian woman last Feb.

A 66-year-old Romanian woman gave birth to a baby girl 1/16/05 after years of fertility treatment and was claimed by Romanian media to be the world's oldest mother ever.

Awww.for cryin' out loud people...the question said - How old is the oldest woman to give birth NATURALLY! So please exclude artificial insemination and egg donors! So...does anyone have a qualified answer??

For Pete's Sake~Read the queston again. She asked who was the oldest to give BIRTH naturally, not conceive naturally.

The lady in Romania (listed as 66 and 67, depending on where you get your info) appears to be the oldest woman to give birth, however, it was by caesarean. She was also undergoing fertility treatments for 9 years. I couldn't find any info on older women going through pregnancy from start to finish naturally.
