To Moms Of Three Or More

I am 10 weeks along with my third (will be 11 weeks on Sunday) and I was wondering when I should expect to feel the baby move? When I went in to the doc on Monday she asked me if I had felt it already and I thought it was way too soon for that (although we were able to hear the heartbeat on the doppler which means the baby is big and it was moving to avoid being mashed ) I felt my 2nd at around 14 weeks but I suspect it will be sooner with this one...I was just interested to see how far long other moms on the third plus pregnancy felt the baby.

I think it was around 13-14 weeks with both my 2nd and 3rd babies. How old are your other two? My kids are 6 1/2 (boy), 3 (girl) and 18 months (boy).

I'm pregnant with #4, about 20 wks, and didn't feel any movement until about 15 wks., then didn't feel much for a couple of weeks, not I feel quite a bit of movement on the inside, but nothing on the outside yet. I was concerned at my 17 wk appt and doc said that "quickening" does not typically happen until 16 wks, that's how they used to date babies, when mom felt movement, so I think 10 wks is way too soon, even for your 3rd. As long as you heard hb, that's what's good!

when I was preggers with my 3rd i felt swooshing at 8 1/2 - 9 weeks and im pregnant with #4 and felt movement at 10 1/2 -11 weeks. I know it wasent gas it was the baby because at my 14 week appointment my dr never really believe i could fele the baby but when she had trouble finiding the HB on doppler I tld her exactly where to check and sure enough baby was there. I have a very active wee one and now at 20 weeks 6 days it beats me up inside lol.

Sahmof3, I have a son who is 4 and a daughter who is 3... they are 10 months apart so I felt my daughter earlier I think because my uterus was still tender from giving birth LoL! I can't wait to feel it, seems like this pregnancy is dragging on!
