I felt that way too at first. I was so stressed out at having to tell everyone and my body being all weird and tired it was hard to find the joy. It pa__ses though and I am 18 weeks now and enjoying my changes a lot along with my family. It gets better I promise. The best thing you can do for you and your baby is take care of yourself and try not to stress out. This web site has wonderful pages on what your body is going through week by week and what to expect.

My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and was SOOOO incredibly worried! Every cramp I feel I just can't help but wonder if everything is alright. I know they say not to stress out, but that's easier said than done. The other night I was so scared that something was wrong, so I made an appointment the next day for an US, and once I saw the baby moving around and heard the heartbeat, I could really start to relax. Still feels a little weird to tell everybody, but I'm trying my best to not worry so much, and learning to enjoy every minute of it. Just try your best to relax, and if you have any worries, it never hurts to see your doc. Good luck to you, and I hope that everything turns out alright.
