Ttc And Exercising

My DH and I have been going to the gym for a few months now and we have also decided to TTC. We had a negative last month and this month I took Clomid. I am currently on CD 10 and took Clomid 5-9. We exercise three times a week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm just curious what you ladies think about this? I don't do anything vigrous. Lately, well since TTC, I only use the tredmill and just do a walk. Any suggestions? Can I keep this up or should I stop?? Any tips would be helpful.

Ama...Ask your doctor...I'm a__suming you will be seeing your doctor regularly since you are on Clomid...just ask him/her at your next appointment.

I believe the healthier and more fit you are should be a good thing while ttc. I was running 3miles 4 times a week when I got pg. I have had to reduce that now that I am pg, just b/c of the fatigue and they say you should not lose your breath while pg b/c it pull O2 from the baby. But definately keep exercising...it helps keep your hormones balanced and cleans out toxins in your body

I think exercise is wonderful and shouldn't interfere with TTC but always check with your doctor. I wish you sticky baby dust!
