My husband and I want to have a baby but I had a tubal ligation 4 years ago can I still try to get pregnent without surgury?

No. It would be pointless. Studies have shown that after 7 years the ligation might reverse itself - but that's a big might, and it's only been 4 years. You'll need to have the reversal surgery.

Tubal ligation is such an effective method of birth control (failure rate of 0.5%), someone who was religiously using both birth control pills and condoms together would actually have twice the chance of conceiving. In other words, no. you'll need to get your tubal reversed.
