I would definetly ask my doctor first. If i haver a real hard time sleeping i take a benedryl (not too often). Calcium also helps you sleep try taking an extra calcium supplement a couple hours before bed.

I have a hard time sleeping and i am 7months pregnant. My doctor told me to go ahead and take Tylenol Pm but i dont think it is safe during the first trimester.

My doctor told me that I could take Tylenol PM, even during my first trimester. It has helped me out greatly. Ask your docotr first. I usually only take one.

I took it my whole pregnancy (only 1) and had a healthy baby girl and got sleep during those hard to sleep times.

yes

My dr. said maybe towards the end, but definitly not until 3rd trimester. You should ask your dr. I'm sure this is another area where if you asked 10 different drs. you'd get 10 different answers. Good Luck! I'm only 20 weeks and have trouble sleeping already!

yes, but it's better to take benadryl if you're using it for sleep. you don't need the pain killer portion. I think you can take unisom too
