Very Worried

Well, I went to the doctor last week and found out that I am 10 weeks pregnant. A week earlier I had been very sick and was taking Robitussin (not DM that the doctor says is safe) and then went water skiing and knee boarding... I'm very scared that I could have hurt my baby but I feel fine and have had no bleeding or anything like that, but I'm just worried. When I was out on the water, I didn't get hurt or fall too hard so I'm hoping everything will be ok. What do you think????

Don't worry. I was very sick before I knew I was pregnant and was barely eating and taking ibuprofen for supremely bad headaches (a no-no while pregnant). Then I rode a few roller-coasters. I also had (over the course of a week) 3 gla__ses of wine and a beer. Even in the womb, it seems that babies can be resilient little boogers!! If you do start to notice pain or bleeding though, I would go to your doctor immediately! Good luck!

Thanks Lissie... This is kinda gross, but can you or someone tell me if it is normal to have a VERY thick white discharge at 10 weeks? It's really weird and hard to explain, but I mean, it's thick - not sticky or gooey.

as long as its not a huge amount of discharge, it should be fine.
