Are you able to wear high heels when you are pregnant?

I can still wear mine, I'm 18 weeks. I can wear them for a few hours then my feet will start to ache a bit. Just becareful because you're not as balanced as you used to be on them!

Nope. I can't even manage my chunkier ones. I'm heading into the third trimester and I don't think its so much a lack of balance as ankles that just seem less sturdy. It's pretty wacky when I find myself tripping and instead of putting my arms out to catch myself I find grabbing for my stomach. I'm a goof! You should find some pretty shoes that make you feel good and comfortable

I'm wearing mine till I can't anymore. I've already got some lower heeled ones for the switch over. I read somewhere not to wear flats all the time when you are pregnant to opt for something with a lower heel...

Heels aren't dangerous to the baby, I'm still wearing mine, but I wear wedges because they're more stable. As long as your back doesn't hurt and you are not off balance, it's ok (doc's words)
